Here at Skin by Caiti, my goal is to help you achieve your skin goals. Great skin does not happen overnight, it requires time, patience and consistency. I offer a judgment free zone where everyone is welcome.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 48hrs of scheduled appointment. No-shows will be banned from any future booking and repeat reschedules may result in 50% non refundable deposit before any future appointments are accepted. While I do take things into consideration before charging a cancellation fee and understand life happens please remember this is my job. Any arrival after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. Depending on my schedule for the day I may be able to accommodate late arrivals only in the time frame booked with the total service price due. 20 minutes late=20 minutes of lost appointment time.
