Luxe Haven Beauty and Wellness, a boutique day spa providing Southern Illinois with exceptional experiences, offers an array of services tailored to your individual needs, featuring customized skin care, therapeutic massage, Japanese head spa, and expert lash and brow services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 12hrs of scheduled appointment. No-shows will be banned from any future booking and repeat reschedules may result in 50% non refundable deposit before any future appointments are accepted. While I do take things into consideration before charging a cancellation fee and understand life happens please remember this is my job. Any arrival after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. Depending on my schedule for the day I may be able to accommodate late arrivals only in the time frame booked with the total service price due. 20 minutes late=20 minutes of lost appointment time.
